SESSION OVERVIEW:

Empowering colleagues to fulfil customer needs in the most straightforward and effective manner possible should be simple to achieve. And yet plenty of businesses apply layers of complexity to what should always be a valuable and trusted experience.

This session will shine the spotlight on how we have brought a bespoke in-house application to life, from cradle to production, providing our colleagues with the latest UX, tools and technologies needed in today’s competitive financial services’ marketplace.

Craig Cartwright and Mark Stokes will take you through our journey to date, bringing together product and tech in a shared purpose to place the customer at the centre of everything we do. Through energised collaboration and priority alignment, between those who know the customer best and those who can offer innovative, industry-leading solutions, they will demonstrate the journey away from a legacy mindset and towards what banking of the future will look like.

You will hear:

How to design and build a product to improve the user experience.

How to iterate and optimise a product, exploring the continuous feedback cycle to enhance adoption.

How to deliver change at scale in a demanding environment, without impacting customer expectations.

Kate Davies
Public Policy Director
Ofcom
