We are looking for a Growth Director to be at the forefront of our European expansion. As a seasoned sales leader and C-level professional, you will take ownership of our sales efforts in Continental Europe, focusing on winning new logos and navigating multi-million Euro deals. Your deep understanding of the digital product landscape, particularly mobile, will be key to helping major brands at every stage of their mobile journey, from those just starting to those needing to get unstuck.

This role offers a chance to make a massive impact by building and maintaining high-value relationships. You will play a crucial part in shaping our future by leveraging your commercial expertise to open new markets and secure key partnerships.

What you’ll be working on 

In this role, you’ll take ownership of driving revenue growth and spearheading our European expansion. You’ll use your network, expertise, and leadership to win new business, close large-scale deals, and represent Apadmi at the highest level.

  • Lead revenue generation and exceed ambitious sales targets by securing new logos and closing large-scale deals
  • Strategically develop and grow the sales pipeline across key European regions, driving market expansion in the Benelux, Nordics, and DACH regions
  • Leverage your high-quality professional network across Europe to open doors and secure new opportunities
  • Collaborate with our internal sales team and Strategic Partnerships Director to access pipeline, map accounts, and pursue co-sell opportunities with leading Loyalty, CDP, CEP, and Cloud partners
  • Represent Apadmi at major industry events across Europe, using them for lead generation and to strengthen brand presence
What you’ll bring to the team

We’re looking for a seasoned sales leader who thrives on building relationships, exceeding targets, and closing complex, high-value deals.

  • A senior sales leader with a proven track record of consistently overachieving targets
  • Skilled at navigating and closing complex, multi-million-euro C-level deals
  • Deep understanding of the digital product world, including mobile, complex integrations, and platform strategy
  • Strong, established network of senior stakeholders and executives across Europe, with evidence of its strength
  • A digital strategy expert, able to articulate the value of mobile as a primary channel for brands at any stage of their journey
