A Smarter Festival Experience
New for 2025, the MTF Event App transforms the festival into a hybrid experience designed to give you full control of the MTF conference you choose to attend!
Available to all ticket holders two months before the festival the app let’s you choose the sessions you want to join, book onto workshops, discover our exhibitors, schedule meetings ahead of time and even network with other delegates before the event!
Once the festival begins the app keeps you connected, interact with each agenda session, take notes, take part in polls and even pose questions to our speakers in the live Q&A Session. Plus with your own dedicated QR code, you are in control of your who you want to share your data with (no worrying you’re going to receive sales emails for months!)
And it doesn’t stop there, the app remains accesible for up to six months following the event, giving you time to catch up with the connections you’ve made, access your notes from the conference and even revisit all of the festivals talks – meaning you don’t have to worry about missing a thing!

As soon as you gain access to the app, you will be assigned your own in app business card that you can trade with other delegates at the conference – making it super easy to connect with people and share your contact details. You’ll also be assigned a QR code – which you can show at expo stands or to other delegates to trade your business card!
You’re in full control of your data, choosing what data you want to make available to others!
The MTF app allows you to build your own tailored agenda by signing up to the workshops and talks you want to see ahead of time! You can also arrange meetings with other delegates, potential clients or even future employers which show up in your agenda – meaning you won’t miss out on the content that’s important to you!
Each agenda session in the MTF app opens up to give you a truly interactive experience prior to, during and after the conference. Each session has a social feed, allowing you to chat to others about the talk and submit questions before hand that you want the speaker to cover in their talk or answer once they have finished!
Each session also has a note taking page, allowing you to take notes on your phone as you go! For our panel sessions we have a Q&A section allowing you the opportunity to post your most burning questions to the panel! There’s even a voting system where you can vote on other questions you want answering!
Once the conference is over, we upload all of the conferences talks into the event app, meaning you don’t have to miss a thing! You’ll also get access to slides, documents and other content our speakers and sponsors add into the app.
Still have a burning question? You can continue to pose your questions to our speakers and even engage with other attendees!
Purchase your pass
Tickets for our Leadership Conference are £36 each and include admission to the day conference at Hotel Voco and the private drinks reception on the terrace. Ticket price also includes refreshments & lunch.
Please note: to ensure attendees can benefit from networking opportunities and attendance at the conference, tickets are limited to 2 tickets per company. Leadership content is aimed at C-Suite, Heads of, Directors and Founders. If you are from a recruitment company or consultancy our PSL for the event is full for those attendees. We kindly ask you do not purchase a ticket to allow us to keep the event balance. If you do purchase a ticket from one of those industries we will not allow entry and are not able to process a refund.
