MARKETING INFORMATION
Submitting your MArketing Info
All of our sponsor packages rely on getting your marketing information across. Please be aware that it can be up to 48 hours before we are able to get marketing profiles live so the sooner you can send your information the better!
Your Logo
Please submit your logo with in the following formats:
EPS. PDF. Ai. or SVG. or PNG with transparent background PLUS the link you want us to point your logo towards.
How we use your logo
In all packages we will display your logo on our website. This will either be on a white background or a black background which is why we ask for transparent backgrounds.
For any packages that include print, depending on the package, we may print your logo onto pull up banners. This is why we ask for your logo in the above formats to prevent pixelation when increasing the size of your logo for print.
Company Profiles
Manchester Victoria Baths is a Grade II listed building, which means alongside the usual event guidelines, we have a few do’s and don’ts we need to ask sponsors to adhere to!
PLATINUM ONLY -Dedicated Profile
All Platinum packages receive a full company profile on the MTF Website. For this you can submit:
- Maximum 600 words company profile
- 1 x Banner Image Sized 1500 x 500px
- 5 x Images sized 1200 x 800px
- 2 x Video links - Hosted on youtube or alternative platform
- Links to your website and all social media profiles
- Links to your vacancy and event page
GOLD ONLY -Dedicated Profile
All Gold Packages recieve a pop up profile on the MTF Website. For this you can submit:
- Maximum 100 word company profile
- Links to your website and all social media profiles
- Links to your vacancy and event page
UPDATING YOUR MATERIALS
Should you need to update your logo or profile at any point please email: [email protected].
We will accommodate all reasonable requests, but please bear in mind that during peak periods we may not be able to accommodate requests that are aesthetic in nature.
