Job Title: Technical Learning Partner
This role is about enabling a high performance culture through learning across our delivery engine, ensuring our people have the skills, behaviours and tools to be brilliant at what they do, particularly in Engineering, Test, Product, Project Management and Design. This is the heart and soul of Apadmi.
Working with experts across the business, this role will tackle the challenges that stand in our way of being the best in Europe, and design solutions through learning, in an agile, innovative way, while measuring value and impact.

What you’ll be working on
This role also plays an integral part in the wider People Team and overall delivery of our People Plan, to attract, train and retain incredible people. The role may be involved in wider people and change projects, supporting the team to create a compelling colleague experience that keeps people motivated to stay at Apadmi.
Act as a trusted learning partner to technical teams, identifying performance gaps and designing relevant, high-impact learning solutions.
Design and deliver engaging, commercial and practical learning experiences – from onboarding pathways to in-role development, both in-person and digitally.
Own the early careers programmes across Engineering, Product and Design – continually enhancing the intern and graduate experience.
Champion Apadmi’s learning culture through initiatives like our Learning Festival, Hackathons and real-time learning moments.
Lead our digital learning offer, owning Moodle and our digital platforms like Udemy to drive adoption and improve the learner experience.
Use data and insights to measure impact, identify trends and evolve our learning offer.
Collaborate on wider people and culture projects that support retention and employee experience.
Build capability in our people leaders through targeted support, toolkits and learning interventions.
Design and facilitate workshops and events that embed learning into the flow of work.
Act as a visible champion for our values and a catalyst for performance and growth across the business.
What you’ll bring to the team
A passion for learning and performance, with a sharp focus on enabling people to thrive in technical environments. You bring commercial thinking, creative problem-solving, and a drive to deliver learning solutions that make a lasting impact.
Strong experience in a learning role within a tech or engineering-led organisation.
Expertise in designing and delivering impactful, blended learning experiences.
A commercial mindset with the ability to link learning to business value and performance outcomes.
Deep understanding of how engineers, product teams and delivery professionals learn best.
Digital learning experience, ideally including LMS ownership and content curation.
Proven track record in early careers programme design and facilitation.
Confident working in a fast-paced, agile environment with multiple stakeholders.
Skilled in facilitation, stakeholder engagement and project management.
Data-literate and outcome-driven, with a clear approach to measuring success.
A curious, proactive and collaborative approach, with a strong sense of ownership.
